A look as cool as the deep blue ocean...
Why did I do this? Well I love the band, I love the song, I love the video, I love the look, I love her.... why not?
The key theme to stick with in this look is fresh clear skin and bold red lips (a combination Shirley was a keen fan on) equipped with deep blue eye makeup. Now Shirley, naturally, has a very opalescent complexion but you really don't have to go too light (if at all)... infact I do believe that this look will appear beautifully on darker skin and eye tones... particularly the blue eye makeup. You probably want to adapt your red lipstick to compliment your skin tone with reds with a bluey undertone being better suited for fairer skin tones and reds with a warm orangey undertone suiting darker skin tones.
